Chef Evelin, while only 23 has grown up in the Caribbean listening to her Uncle's adventures stories when he came home from charters. The islands are her home. She graduated with a degree in hotel administration with an emphasis on gourmet cooking. Studying with an accredited Cordon Bleu chef with over 10 years of charter yacht experience has taught her skills far beyond her age. She has graduated from an accredited Maritime Academy and holds an International Crew Certificate. Fun loving and quick with a smile, Evelin invites you aboard her home to share a true culinary experience. Both crew have also met the requirements for the internationally recognized STCW safety certificate.

Salty Dog calls Aloha Malolo her home and Evelin her mom.
Salty's normal duties are to supervise snorkeling and fishing,  finding dolphins and relaxing. Some people want their daily fur fix and even a game of Frisbee, this Labrador is always happy to oblige.
Karl particularly wanted Salty along for his two week sail training charter January 2007 and Salty fell in love. Dog and sailor were inseparable even to the point of swimming and running on the beach together (See Karl's comments in "reviews")
All of our four sophisticated New York guests who went out every night in dress clothes for the New Year 2007 charter never guessed that we had a dog until I told them on the last day of their week long charter. (Lovino Reviews)
No hard feelings if you want to go "dogless". Salty has plenty of friends that are happy to share a week or more with her in their home.  We want guests to know that there is a dog onboard so that there are no allergy "surprises"!
