The Yacht:
* Did the yacht meet your expectations?
We already had some good information about the yacht and she
definitely exceeded our expectations.
* Was the exterior clean and well maintained?
Very well maintained and in excellent condition.
* Was the interior clean and well maintained?
Very well maintained and in excellent condition and Evelin did a
great job keeping it that way during our stay.
* Water toys as described and in good condition?
Actually Eric totally surprised us with all the toys he had available
for us. He even had more then we could handle. Definitely enough to choose
from. Most of the toys he had were brand new and we sure had a great time using
them. His dinghy is powerful enough to even pull out a slalom skier with 4
people in the boat. I was very impressed.
* Was the tender clean and in good running order?
Excellent, we even got comments from other sailors in the harbor
about Eric's superb and ingenious carpeting job.
* Yacht Overall Rating:
Everything a 10 !!
Location:
* How was your trip from and to the airport?
Eric had everything very well organized and it was First Class.
* Were you happy with the anchorages?
Eric picked excellent places for the conditions.
* How was the weather?
First 3 days very nice, but then hurricane Dean was approaching and
we had some associated rain showers with that.
* Did you enjoy the local surroundings and people?
The Caribbean Islands are just wonderful and besides in Trinidad
people were very nice and friendly.
* Location Overall Rating:
Due to the hurricane we were forced to alter our initial plans and go
further south, all the way to Trinidad to stay out of harms way. Even under
these adverse circumstances Eric did everything possible to still give us an
awesome vacation which we will never forget.
Food and Beverage:
* How were the meals?
Evelin is an excellent cook and we were looking forward to every meal
she cooked for us.
* Bar?
Everything I wanted.
* Wines?
Eric
asked us befeore the charter about our wine wishes and had it
available for the cruise.
* Food and Beverage Overall Rating:
Couldn't be any better.
Crew:
* Knowledge of area:
Eric and even Evelin know the area we sailed like the back of their
hand.
* Knowledge of yacht and water toys:
Couldn't find a more knowledgeable skipper. It shows that he has
lived on his yacht for more than a decade.
* Service between meals:
Both did an excellent job to read our wishes and went out of their
way to make it a very enjoyable time for us. Thanks to Eric I am now hooked on
Vanilla Ice coffee in the mornings and could not imagine another sailing tour
without it.
* Service during meals:
Nearly like a first class restaurant. Couldn't be any better on a
sailboat.
* Professionalism:
Both are very professional, it shows that they have a lot of charter
experience.
* Appearance:
Perfect
* Crew Overall Rating:
Best crew you could imagine. Both did everything possible to make
this an unforgettable trip. Definitely exceeded our expectations - big
time! Evelin isn't just an awesome cook but she totally surprised me with her
superb sailing skills too (which she would not admit to)!
